Our Story in Longmont
Longmont Commercial Real Estate (LCRE) was founded by Tim Conarro in 2012 after years of learning the Boulder County market at the Colorado Group. Tim quickly developed a passion for helping his clients succeed and became deeply connected to the Longmont community.
Not long after, Tim shared an office with Jim Ditzel, CCIM. They realized they made a great team and, in 2016, joined forces to launch Summit Commercial Brokers. While the name changed, the mission didn’t — serving Longmont with expertise, passion, and integrity.
Today, LCRE is part of Summit’s DNA. Our brokers live in Longmont and close a healthy number of deals here every year, carrying forward Tim’s legacy after he retired in 2023 with the strength of a full team of dedicated brokers who love Longmont!
