Broker Associate
Jim began managing commercial properties for Emerald Management in Boulder more than 20 years ago and has managed well over a million square feet of retail, office, and industrial property in, and out of the state. In 2004, Jim became a residential broker with Accent Properties in Boulder to learn about the residential market in Boulder County, and began purchasing investment properties, and making attempts at fix and flips. A few years later he opened Emerald Real Estate Group, LLC as the Managing broker to work alongside property management to lease vacancies, and assist in the acquisitions, and development of new property for the company. In this time, Jim has completed more than 400 transactions, and most recently, moved over to Summit Commercial Brokers to work alongside other like-minded brokers where he continues his work with Emerald, and other Local Investors in Landlord/Tenant and Buyer representation.
Jim spends his free time with his family and friends, coaching hockey, and fly fishing the rivers here in our great state of Colorado. As a native to Western New York, Jim is also a passionate Buffalo Sports fan.
