With more than 25 years in Colorado’s commercial real estate industry and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, I’m proud to serve as Managing Partner at Summit Commercial Brokers, a place where teamwork isn’t just a value, it’s the foundation of everything we do.
At Summit, I get to work alongside a group of talented, like-minded professionals who share a common goal: delivering exceptional service while building genuine, lasting relationships with our clients. We believe in being the “nice guys” of commercial real estate in Colorado—approachable, trustworthy, and committed to doing right by the people we serve.
My career began in Colorado in 1995 in the hospitality industry of Vail and Beaver Creek, before transitioning to the Front Range. Over the next two decades, I managed and leased more than 1 million square feet of retail, industrial, and office space, learning first-hand what owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers need to succeed. In 2006, I co-founded Emerald Real Estate Group (EREG), offering full-service brokerage for leasing, acquisitions, and development.
In 2020, I joined Summit Commercial Brokers, drawn by the opportunity to collaborate with a high-energy, growth-minded team. Working together, we’ve built a supportive, connected culture where brokers help each other win for the benefit of our clients.

Outside of Work
I love spending time outdoors with my wife and family, coaching youth hockey with my son, and enjoying fly fishing, golf, and live music. Originally from Western New York, I’m a lifelong Buffalo sports fan, now proudly rooted in Colorado.
