Rachel joined our team as a recent CU Grad (Go Buffs!) as our Marketing manager and Broker Associate. Originally from Silicon Valley, she moved to Boulder in 2014 to attend CU’s Leeds School of Business where she graduated with distinction with a B.S. in Management and a Certificate in Real Estate in May 2018.

Before joining Summit Commercial Brokers, Rachel was an intern at East West Partners in Denver, where she worked on market analysis for development purposes in ski resort areas.  Now, Rachel specializes in leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail commercial real estate in Boulder County; and is the Secretary for the Commercial Brokers of Boulder, organizing networking events for Commercial Real Estate Brokers all around Boulder and also serving on the Board.

Outside of Commercial Real Estate, Rachel enjoys hiking & backpacking, skiing (both alpine & cross country), golfing, ultimate frisbee, bowling, playing piano & guitar, and fixing up a 1974 VW Beetle!
