Jim Ditzel, CCIM

Jim specializes in tenant and buyer representation of office, flex, industrial and select retail categories. Since 2000, he completed more than 750 commercial transactions totaling over $100,000,000 in excess of one million square feet of space, primarily in the Boulder and Broomfield County markets.

Jim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the acting president of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder association and the Niwot Business Association. Prior to his involvement with Summit Commercial, he was a senior broker with Gibbons-White, Inc. and The Colorado Group, Inc. Jim has his master’s degree in journalism and business from CU/Boulder and a BA from The University of Iowa. He has lived in the Boulder area since 1983 and is a native of Iowa. Jim’s passions revolve around his family, bicycling, physical fitness, music, reading, writing and travel.
