Tim has worked and lived in the Boulder County since 1983. Over the years he has developed a reputation for dealing fairly and ethically with buyers, sellers, tenants and other industry professionals. Using multiple commercial databases, Tim helps his clients understand their various commercial real estate options, whether it be office, industrial, retail or raw land. He has his finger on the pulse of our ever-changing market lease rates, cap rates and sale prices. He understands that integrity comes first and that hard work and building trust are the cornerstone to any business relationship.
Prior to forming Summit with Jim Ditzel, Tim was a broker associate with The Colorado Group, Inc and prior to that he did fix n flips. Tim was past president of Commercial Brokers of Longmont. He also worked at Ball Aerospace, Accenture, and Amgen. Tim has an MBA from CU Boulder and a BS in Geology from Allegheny College. He is active in the community and volunteers with many non-profits including Rotary International, Junior Achievement, Longmont EDP, Longmont Parks & Rec Advisory Board, CU Leeds Mentoring and Boulder County Adopt a Road. Tim enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, fly fishing, and spending time with family.
