Kim Ricca loves real estate. She grew up watching her mom start and grow her real estate business from the ground up. Before entering the family real estate business as an agent, Kim and her husband bought their first duplex. They knew early on that real estate was key to building wealth and creating financial freedom. Kim earned her Kentucky real estate license in 2000, her Broker’s license in 2004, and since then has helped numerous clients purchase their primary residence and build their investment portfolio. Kim obtained her Colorado real estate license in 2024 and has hit the ground running in Broomfield and surrounding markets. She serves her clients by listening intently to their wants and needs, using technology, networking, and direct-to-customer communications to find suitable solutions.
Kim is wife to Brad and mom to Sarah Jane, Elijah, Ezekiel and SoliDeo. When not practicing real estate, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, backpacking, watching her children’s sporting events, traveling, reading, serving with 4th and 5th graders at Flatirons Community Church - West Campus, painting, drawing, making lists and playing all types of games.Kim Ricca has always had a love for real estate. Kim is currently pursuing the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further strengthening her expertise in financial analysis and valuation. This additional knowledge allows her to provide clients with deeper insights into investment opportunities and property values. Outside of real estate, Kim’s life is filled with family, faith, and adventure. She and her husband, Brad, are proud parents of four children—Sarah Jane, Elijah, Ezekiel, and SoliDeo. When she’s not supporting clients, Kim can be found cheering for her kids at Flatirons Academy Bison games, backpacking sections of the Colorado Trail, reading memoirs and classic novels, or playing a good board game. She also serves with 4th and 5th grade students at the West Campus of Flatirons Community Church, where she shares her passion for faith and community service. Recently, Kim has discovered a love for pickleball, adding one more outlet for her energy and competitive spirit.
