Kim Ricca has always had a passion for real estate. Inspired by her mother, who built a successful brokerage from the ground up, Kim grew up immersed in the business — learning the value of hard work, service, and community connections.
Her own journey began when she and her husband purchased their first duplex, sparking a lifelong belief that real estate is one of the most powerful paths to building wealth and financial freedom.
Kim earned her Kentucky real estate license in 2000, followed by her Broker’s license in 2004, and has since guided countless clients through buying homes, expanding portfolios, and achieving their investment goals. After relocating to Colorado, she obtained her Colorado real estate license in 2024 and has quickly become an active force in Broomfield and the surrounding markets.
Now part of Summit Commercial Brokers, Kim brings her strong background in residential and investment real estate to the commercial side — representing sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants across office, industrial, and retail sectors. She’s known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and her ability to balance multiple deals while ensuring each client feels like her top priority.
Kim is currently pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, enhancing her expertise in investment analysis and valuation. Her goal is to become the go-to name in Broomfield commercial real estate, helping clients make informed, confident decisions every step of the way.
When she’s not analyzing market data or touring properties, Kim is all about family, faith, and adventure. She and her husband, Brad, are proud parents of four — Sarah Jane, Elijah, Ezekiel, and SoliDeo. You’ll often find her cheering on her kids at Flatirons Academy Bison games, backpacking through Colorado’s high country, reading, or playing a spirited board game.
She’s also deeply involved in her community, serving with 4th and 5th graders at Flatirons Community Church – West Campus and supporting local outreach programs. Recently, she’s added pickleball to her growing list of hobbies — another outlet for her friendly competitive streak!
