When you work with Summit, you get the combined expertise, network, and support of five senior brokers—Jim Ditzel, JD Belanger, Rachel Austefjord, Jim York, and Kyle Conarro—who collaborate on every deal and share in commissions. Our core team is supported by Broker Associates Jacqui Sigg and Kim Ricca, as well as the ongoing insight of our retired founding member, Tim Conarro, whose legacy and market wisdom continue to guide our work.

Together, we bring nearly 100 years of combined experience navigating the full spectrum of commercial real estate: from small leases to large, complex investment transactions. Our team’s backgrounds span graduate-level education, investment analysis, and hands-on experience in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and commercial land.

Our team calls Longmont home, and we’re not just working here—we’re raising families, building relationships, and staying actively involved in the local community. From our office in Niwot—often called the “Switzerland of Boulder County”—we’re right in the heart of Boulder County, perfectly positioned to stay connected and in the know about new opportunities and upcoming deals. We do a significant amount of work throughout western Weld County as well, bringing that same local expertise to a growing market. And with Kim Ricca living and working in Broomfield, we’re able to extend Summit’s dedication and market insight across Broomfield County too.
